My Garage door spring broke. I called Five Star at 4:30 PM…they were at my door by 7PM, within the time they specified. The service tech kept in contact with me to let me know his ETA. Upon arrival to our Westwinds home, “Mike” was professional polite and diligent. As a homeowner, it’s always a comfort to have a tech that knows what he is doing. I also appreciated that he fine tuned my garage door opener on his own to ensure the unit ran smoother. IM not one that posts on line, but if you need a door repair, for a great rate, give them a call.

What a great company! My garage door spring snapped in half on Sunday night at 9:00pm with both of our cars trapped inside of the garage. I called Five Star and within 25 minutes Mike was there to fix the door and 25 minutes later it was good as new. I had called another company who wanted $500 to come out since it was a Sunday night, but Five Star charged me their standard price with no Sunday night upcharge which was hundreds of dollar less expensive than their competition. They truly live up to their name — Five Star — with their service, speed, and fair pricing. Plus, Mike was extremely friendly as well. Great company, great service!
